Charmaine E. Moss
Publisher | Founder | Visionary Leader | Advocate for Black Women in Business
Charmaine E Moss is the Founder and President of the Georgia Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GBWCC), a groundbreaking organization launched in 2024 to address the systemic challenges Black women face in business. Through GBWCC, she has pioneered signature initiatives including the M.O.R.E. Mentorship Program, Passport to Power Retreats, The Legal Lounge, Buy Black 24/7, and more — each created to foster access, equity, and generational wealth within the Black community.
Charmaine is a dynamic force in media, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment, widely respected for her unwavering commitment to amplifying the voices and ventures of Black women across Georgia and beyond. As the Publisher of Real Women Atlanta Magazine, Charmaine leads a compelling platform dedicated to telling the authentic stories of ordinary Black women doing extraordinary things — a vision she conceived in 1999 and brought to life in 2018. Under her leadership, the magazine has blossomed into a movement of inspiration, influence, and impact.
A woman of deep faith and vision, Charmaine is also the author of the forthcoming book, Take the Limits Off of God: Faith Without Limits, Blessings Without Boundaries. This powerful and timely work invites readers to shift their mindset, release doubt, and fully embrace the boundless promises of God. Through personal reflections, scripture-based wisdom, and real-life testimonies, Charmaine empowers women to trust God for more — in business, in life, and in purpose.
Whether she is mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, curating empowering editorial content, or advocating for policy change, Charmaine remains rooted in her mission: to be a voice for the voiceless, a light in dark spaces, and a beacon for women who dare to dream big.
Her life’s work is a testament to the power of faith, purpose, and intentional leadership — and she continues to build platforms where Black women are seen, heard, supported, and celebrated.
